The Capsule Pharmacy experience is unbeatable! They communicate via text excellently, immediately and even with the most caring sign- offs, like “love, Capsule”, of course you can call them, too. Besides being the nicest people, including their delivery drivers, getting any rx refill notifications, confirmations and delivery details, their app keeps perfect records at your fingertips, all past orders for me and other members of my family.

Capsule is by far the best pharmacy experience I’ve ever had. Everything from start to finish is seamless, efficient and handled with ease and kindness. The app is so user friendly and all though it is a virtual exchange, all of the employees respond immediately and always with such a positive spirit. I just love everything about how this all works and I’d never go back to doing it any other way ever again. No more waiting in

There is a feature to have capsule transfer your prescriptions from any other pharmacy to capsule for delivery. What they fail to mention until after you initiate this is that it can delay your prescription by up to two days. So you’re already in limbo with your prescription when you are told about the delay. So if you are really sick and need your prescription immediately this puts you in danger. When they say they will update you on the status of your prescriptions they don’t send the updates. The staff also ask you to pretty much do their job for them. I was told I had to call the other pharmacy to ask the pharmacy to make the transfer to capsule. The pharmacist that I called was shocked that they told me I had to do that and that this was against protocol. After asking them multiple times and them telling me they would they never called the pharmacy to transfer my prescription.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received from Capsule Pharmacy, as well as to formally file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and dispute a charge with American Express. My experience with Capsule Pharmacy has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I believe it is essential to bring this matter to your attention.
On Friday, January 19, 2024, I made a purchase at Capsule Pharmacy for a Pulmicort Flexhaler inhaler, a critical medication that I rely on for my health. Unfortunately, the inhaler I received from Capsule turned out to be defective and non-functional. This issue occurred on a Friday, and considering the urgency of my situation, I immediately contacted Capsule Pharmacy to seek a replacement inhaler.
My experience with Capsule's customer service was not only unhelpful but also incredibly frustrating. When I reached out to them, they informed me that I needed to contact the manufacturer directly for a replacement. This response was deeply problematic for several reasons:
1. Weekend and International Manufacturer: The manufacturer of the Pulmicort Flexhaler is based in Germany, and as such, their offices are closed on weekends. Furthermore, they do not have a U.S. phone number or English-speaking staff available during this time.
2. Inconsistent Practices: My previous experiences with reputable pharmacies such as CVS and Rite-Aid have demonstrated that they handle situations like this differently. In both cases, they immediately replaced the faulty inhaler and managed the communication with the manufacturer on my behalf.
When I raised these valid concerns with Capsule Pharmacy through their text communication system, I was met with dismissive responses suggesting that any pharmacy would require patients to follow the same protocol. This statement is not accurate and does not reflect the exemplary customer service standards of other pharmacies.
My frustration reached its peak when I contacted Capsule by phone on Saturday, January 20, to express my concerns. The representative I spoke with was not only unhelpful but also remarkably rude. She displayed a complete lack of empathy and professionalism, stating that if I was dissatisfied, I should take my business elsewhere.
In my desperation to address this issue, I even contacted the CEO's father and was assured that the CEO, Eric, would return my call. Regrettably, this promise has gone unfulfilled, further exemplifying Capsule's disregard for customer concerns.
It is important to note that Capsule Pharmacy has a consistently low rating on reputable online review platforms, with a dismal 1.16 out of 5 stars on the Better Business Bureau. I find these ratings to be a direct reflection of the unacceptable treatment I have received as a customer.
To rectify this situation, I am taking the following actions:
1. Filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
2. Disputing the charge for the defective inhaler with American Express.
3. Sharing my experience with Capsule Pharmacy through online review sites, including Google and Yelp, to ensure that other potential customers are aware of the unprofessional and unsatisfactory service provided by this pharmacy.
4. Informing all of Capsule Pharmacy's investors about my negative experience with their company.
I strongly believe that Capsule Pharmacy should be held accountable for their actions, and I hope that my formal complaint serves as a catalyst for change within your organization.

Of my medication at a time. Capsule gave me a 3 month supply when the other local pharmacies were telling me my insurance wouldn’t allow it.
