I’ll be honest, I’m probably switching pharmacies after having multiple problems with my prescriptions here. I’ve been suffering from chronic migraines the doctor sent me a prescription and the pharmacy couldn’t get it I guess then they act like they never get the order. I thought my doctor forgot to send the order, but then it happens again 2 months later for another medication from another doctor. I went to pick up my medication and they said it wouldn’t be ready till tomorrow, I came back the next day, they couldn’t even find the order and I had to give them the name of the medication, they said try Monday. At this point a week has gone by, then I ask them if it’s ready yet and I get told they can’t even order that medication at all. So I waited all week for something they could have told me to begin with. Not to mention I went 2 months without my medication at all because I thought my prescription was never sent out. This is pretty ridiculous because I’m suffering badly and can’t even get my medication I need.

Not to mention last month they doubled my capsules of my meds and didn’t warn me so I was double dosing myself and taking the max dose on accident before I realized they changed my medication from 2 20mg to 1 40mg capsules.

The staff is very nice but I can’t keep going here if they’re never going to have my prescriptions

My daughter had part of her foot amputated in Roswell. Her blood pressure was really high 188 over 138 the Dr who operated called in her med. And suggest to be sure that she also picked up her thyroid med and blood pressure as well since next day was thanks giving. I phone a very rude associate answered would not helping kept laying the phone down laughing talking to others there and finally hung up on me. I called back ask to speak with Michael she said he wasn't the I ask for Kelly who was in charge she hung up on me again she knew I was going to complain about her unprofessional behavior and would not let me speak to management hope this will help other customers. Attention please Michael. Correct your nasty little associate please thank you have work to hard to have people like her representing your business. Thank you.

A real small town pharmacy. They are very friendly, everyone saying hello when you come into the shop. They go out of their way to help and to see that you get your meds even if means dropping them off to you on their own time. A great Rx shop with great people.

Great pharmacy with Compounding options. Staff is friendly and quick to help and answer phones. They work with my patients on compression stockings, braces, and OTC products. All my patients that use them like them.
