DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP AT ANY COST!

Creating accounts to post fake reviews to trick people into your store is devilish.
Avoid Um Anas – Poor Service and Expired Products

I’ve been a loyal customer of Um Anas for almost four years, always spending over $200 each visit. Recently, I purchased perfumes from them that turned out to be expired for months, causing rashes and irritation on my skin. When I contacted the manager, he promised me a refund or exchange due to the issue. However, after that call, the shop completely ignored my follow-up messages and did not honor their word. The owner then proceeded to disrespect me regarding the issue, claiming “if a cream does not work for you , it does not work for you” and telling me I have issues.

Selling expired products is not only irresponsible but illegal, and instead of taking responsibility, the shop has chosen to ignore the situation. If you value your health , dignity and money, I strongly and highly advise you to avoid Um Anas. Save yourself the trouble and take your business elsewhere. You’ll thank me in the long run.

The customer service at Um Anas is outstanding! I don’t understand the bad reviews here. Um Anas has always been so kind with her customers and deals with them fairly. You can find everything you need here at Um Anas, mashallah a big store with everything islamic you need. Love this place! And will never stop coming here.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with this store. The owner scammed me by taking my money after I placed an online order, and there was no shipment tracking for over two months. I had to repeatedly call them to get a refund and eventually reported the issue to the police. I strongly advise against shopping at this store.

I was a regular customer until I got a problem with the delivery. My package was lost, reported it to Canada Post then contacted this store, told them the package was lost. Gave them the confirmation number. Only the seller is allowed to claim a lost package, and Canada post will reimburse the money. They will not help you at all, so many excuses until the time limit reaches from Canada Post and you're not able to claim the lost package anymore. I lost more than $100 dollars with this store and they don't care at all. Just remember not all the time is in your favor, believe in KARMA.

They are completely disrespectful to the customer, especially Umm Anas and her son Anas. I swear to God I have never encountered anyone like them. It is the worst experience in my life. I will never repeat it. A completely disrespectful shop.

Wonderful selection of Scarfs/Hijabs. The Beautiful sister working at the cash today was so sweet and left a great first impression of the store and made me feel welcomed! . Will definitely come again.

I can't give more than a star. I called and ask if they sell the zam zam water. The man said, they sell. But when I ask the price, the man who speak with me, he hang up the phone. It was so bad treatment to the customer.

It was one of the worst experiences in my life to buy from this place. Umm Anas treated me with racism and terrible rudeness. She and her son are completely disrespectful to customers. This is the last time I enter this place.
