I was 10 minutes early and checked in. My name was called within 90 seconds of sitting down. Reception, the nurse, the doc, and even the college kid shadowing the doc were all polite, personable, and made me feel at home. My diagnosis came as no surprise and I appreciated the doc listening to me and providing his insight into the right course of action. Facility is top notch. Best clinical encounter I can remember outside of my sons being born. ?

Dr Timothy Robert’s did my total hip replacement in early 2024. Choosing Dr. Roberts as my surgeon has turned out to be the best decision I’ve made. My experience at SANO has been exceptional. I feel as though I’m their only patient due to the level of time, attention, and care they have give me. I highly recommend consulting with them when in need. I have a serious wrist and arm injury that Dr. Palmer and his team have honestly just about performed a miracle on due to the severity of the injury. I can’t say enough about everything I’ve experienced from day one.

Dr Dempewolf was great, he was able to get my son seen in a timely matter, he explained things well and was able to reposition his broken bone. I was not satisfied with his team. They gave my 7 year old son only tylenol as a prophylactic medication for resetting a broken bone. When he was coming out of anesthesia he was crying and screaming saying he was in pain. They kept trying to tell me that this was a normal response to the anesthesia. I had to advocate for my son to get stronger pain meds. He was screaming and begging for medication. It took them about 25 minutes before administering it. This could have all been prevented if they had just placed an IV at the start

Really felt like they heard my concern. I was made to feel welcome from the time I walked into the office till the time I checked out and I was impressed by the state of the art facilities and rehabilitation equipment The doctors and staff were very courteous and accommodating and they talked me through and explained procedures and medications. They had everything from my x-rays to a medical history already lined up so I didn't have to spend an hour filling out forms before being seen.

SANO is amazing. My son ended up in the ER Tuesday night and we went to the walk-in clinic in Lees Summit and were seen very quickly. Everyone was so friendly! When leaving, they had already set up a pre-op appointment at their Overland Park location and also a “surgery” appointment for Friday morning. We saw Dr Dempewolf and he and all of the staff and nurses we dealt with were amazing. Highly recommend SANO for any ortho needs.

I just don't understand how they do it! Dr. Dempewolf put 11(!) pins in my right ankle, and 4 months later I am able to garden, shop, drive, almost anything I want. And it will only get better from here. Dr. Dempewolf and the whole team are friendly and very professional and respectful. They explained everything and answered all my questions. I hope I don't need them ever again, but if I do, I won't be going anywhere else. I highly, highly recommend them. I just wish I could go to them for all my medical needs!
