I work for a physician and the patient requested that I call this pharmacy to see if they had a medication in stock before the doctor would electronically submit it because the patient Is having major surgery and did not want to be pharmacy hopping for the medication when I called a pharmacy technician by the name of Muriel was very rude to Me on the phone cut me off multiple times said that they didn't have the medication. I called back and spoke to the pharmacist which after being on hold for fornseveral minutes,I'm sure Muriel told him to tell me that the medication Percocet was not available and the pharmacist cut me off three times so I don't recommend this pharmacy very rude service We were planning on using this as a central pharmacy for our office. But now that I know what kind of service I will get I will never refer patients.

I love this place! May is an absolute angel.. I adore her! the pharmacists have my best interest at heart ALWAYS! I could go on and on but Rachel actually saved my life. She saw the medications I was taking and noted that they were very dangerous to take together. I owe her a huge debt of gratitude.

I called this pharmacy to see if they fill Adderall prescriptions, as there is a nationwide shortage and it is very hard to find right now. They would not give me any information over the phone. They insisted that I need to have my doctor call them because the information and my prescription are *confidential*.

I then went through the process of having my doctor call them, only for them to let my doctor know that I live too far away to get my prescription filled. I live 0.6 miles away.

I called again to get clarity and they would barely answer my questions.

Overall really rude and condescending and inconsiderate.

Midwest Pharmacy is one of the best pharmacies out there that every one in the pharmacy actually cares for you. They have an excellent personnels and very educated pharmacist that you can trust, you can depend your life and loved ones in to these people's hands. They have always been there for me and helped me out under every circumstances. I highly recommned this pharmacy rather than any pharmacies out there like chains pharmacy and I am sending my whole family to this place. Thank you Midwest pharmacy for all your help.

This was bad choice, I never should have gone there, they acted as if there was something wrong with my prescription? They just said we can't fill this, they didn't even bother to tell me why, when I ask why they acted as if they were being inconvenienced never mind that they had fillIed this same subscription in the past which I reminded them, then they checked they acted confused? The old man snatched the paper from the woman handed it to me and walked away? If they had issues they could have called my Dr. Clearly they didn't want my business the indifference was rather racist. Maybe there should be a mandatory retirement, so that the old racist can move on and make room for younger more tolerant people, just a thought?

A HIPPA VIOLATION I wanted to give this pharmacy 5 starts because the staff there is very nice and helpful. However, this time i filled a new prescription; it was very expensive. I did pay for it but I wanted to ask what was the reason it was so expensive: was that a brand of the medication? could it be switched to generic, or may be I could check if my insurance covers something similar or some other way to decrease the cost of the medication. I believe I had the right to ask a question. The lady pharmacist with an (African(?) accent not only yelled at me: “What!! It is what it is!!!” but also loudly announced in front of other customers what was the medication I picked up last time and which one I am picking up now... she was loud and irritated- we all have bad days, but to announce my medications and my name in front of other customers when I didn’t even ask her to tell me the names of the meds (I know what they are- I am the one taking them), IS THIS NOT A HUGE HIPPA VIOLATION? And I think the pharmacy manager wanted to smooth it out, I think she felt bad for me, she started asking me if the other medication wasn’t working, etc. ... awful experience:(
