READ TWICE!!!!
because they were terrible twice

Do not think you’ll get your meds before traveling. 2nd time these people changed my prescription refill for no reason. Fix it takes how many days? If you are ready to do anything important?! Do not rely on these guys!! Rude manager, nice employees, bad training.
They pay an advertising agency to post something below. Avoid medicine man, it’s not good anymore

They are truly our neighborhood pharmacy. They go out of their way for their community. They recognize our faces and treat us like friends. My doctor who has had to call in a script a time or two, absolutely loves them. ❤️

After spending the day in the ER the last thing you want to deal with is rude staff that do not have time to help or answer questions waiting for my prescription the girl behind the counter was taking selfies and fixing her hair.. don't expect to get a prescription filled quickly. Drop off your prescription and wait 5 hours. Yes it really took 5 hours for my prescription to be ready.

What an awesome pharmacy! Leave it to Medicine Man to hire the best people! I wasn't there to pick up a prescription but needed some help with an over the counter medication. Elaina and Matt were so helpful and took time with me until I understood what my options were. That was greatly appreciated. People just don't take the time any more and the personal attention was so refreshing! A-1 service!

It would be 0 stars if I could. Had a major problem with a pharmacist and asked for the owners to call me. Bad enough I had to file a complaint with the Idaho Pharmacy board, I recommend you do the same if you are mistreated by a Pharmacist at this location. Never heard a word from anyone from Medicine Man. If you have to deal with anyone over there ask for Samantha she is the best.
Follow up to the response from the owner, laws and guidelines had nothing to do with my complaint, it was how my Dr's Office and myself was treated by your Pharmacist. And the accusations she made towards my Dr's Office and myself. But nice try falling back on the laws and regulations.
Come to find out this is a reoccurring issue at this pharmacy and eventually will take care of itself I believe.

I would have given a 5 star but my pain meds have changed drastically the last two months. I'm not sure if you changed manufacturers, but these have been giving me horrible headaches and troubling stomach pains , and they are not helping my painful flare ups ? I'm moving this month so I'll be switching pharmacies . Please have someone look into this very troublesome issue. Hydro/apap 10s
