I've been using drugsmart for many years.. they are a nice friendly group of people, very helpful when it comes to whatever I need (refills,info,etc). I'd save money using an in network pharmacy but I'd rather use these pharmacists that are personable and take thetime get to know me and are ready to serve

DrugSmart Pharmacy, is by far the BEST Pharmacy I have ever been to. I been going for years & haven't ever had a problem, issue or had any of the Staff treat me unkind. They are very professional, Friendly & knowledgable! Especially the Pharmacist, The Pharmacists are very helpful & understanding & very kind! Sweata is the BEST & She is very nice & knows what shes talking about. Sweata is the BEST ONE! This Pharmacy is the BEST and I won't leave this Pharmacy ever!!!

Love this pharmacy, Ritesh and his workers! I would never get my prescriptions else where unless it was an emergency likeI Super Storm Sa\ndy and everyone went to one specific pharmacy in Hazlet and waited in line for three hours for blood pressure medication! That was bad! And they have great new talent behind the counter to ring you up that Julie and we all know Anne shes worked all the stores in town that sweetheart and now he hired a pretty young pharmasist named Sweta. Shes so nice and careing juat like the great girls before her he know how to pick great pharmacists with good customer caring! Oh and I came here because im sick of waiting 30 minutes for my prescriptions to go through 30 people and take 45 minutes at the other pharmacy in town! I still dont know why they do that!! Haha

I changed to Drugsmart from Keansburg pharmacy and was excellent service. Then Karen was moved or left or something the head pharmacist and the whole place went in to the gutter . Service is absolutely horrendous. I have to wait days for my scripts to be delivered and ordered from their supplier. How does a pharmacy not have basic meds on hand?

Extremely nice staff who go above and beyond to help their customers. Very respectable people and place. Been going for a long time and never had a bad eperience. My recommendation is go and see for yourself. Nicest staff, fast service and always willing to help and give advice. Also, main pharmacist Sweta, does everything she can for her customers and is a bright, knowledgeable person. Highly reccomended!!!!

If I could give a zero I would! My sons allergy prescriptions were called in on Friday. When I had gone there the pharmacist tells me 1. it’s not covered but I could pay out of pocket and 2. They would need to order it to be here the next day(Saturday). I tell her I’m completely fine with that because it’s only one day. I was unable to pick up on Saturday however when I had gone today(Sunday), a different pharmacist tells me the medicine isn’t covered blah bah blah so I tell her what the other pharmacist told me on Friday that I could pay out of pocket, she would order and it would be here on Saturday. The pharmacist today proceeds to tell me that they don’t have it in stock and doesn’t know why the other pharmacist told me that because they do not get shipments on the weekend and they’re closed Monday for the holiday. Which means my son will be without it until Tuesday!!!! Yet the cashier says it looks like it wasn’t even ordered!! Now my child is without his allergy medicine because of incompetent staff!! This is very unprofessional. Now I have to call around to other pharmacies to try and get the prescription changed. I will be switching pharmacies going forward!

It is Fri. July 3rd and the pharmacist on duty is giving me problems as usual. I called to ask if the money gram was working and she answered the phone and replied yes. So I sent my son right away to the store to pay a credit card bill. As soon as he got there the pharmacist was talking negatively about the head phamacist to a customer. Then she proceeded to say to my son oh this is for Stacey Smith and he replied yes. She said oh then Money Gram is not working. This woman has an issue that really needs to be addressed asap or I will go else where for service. Stacey Smith.6.
