I’m sure the people in the pharmacy are nice people, and are understaffed and dealing with a completely useless CVS app, but it is a NIGHTMARE every time I try to get a vaccine. I tried to make an appointment yesterday and wasn’t able to designate which vaccine on their app. So I walked in and was told to come back tomorrow. Then the staffer offered to print out all the paperwork I would need - which took longer than it would have taken to give me a shot. Went home and made appointments for today for my family. We showed up and no one seemed to have any record we were coming even though I checked my group in on the app after receiving several confirmation texts. They finally found two of us in their system but had booked one for a flu shot, and another for a Moderna shot. Nope. The pharmacist didn’t even know what vaccines they had available. And there was a line of a dozen people, many waiting for shots. It’s not worth it. If you need some toothpaste and a box of band aids, maybe. But avoid the chaos of the pharmacy at all costs.
UPDATE: just got a text after another half hour saying one of our prescriptions was ready. We were already in and out of Costco where a very cheerful staffer gave us the shots we needed. And before you say anything, you do NOT need a Costco membership to buy food from their lunch counter or use their pharmacy. Just walk in by customer service and head on back.

This CVS is one of the best. I always find what I need and employees are very knowledgeable about the store. They are very courteous and helpful. The store manager has been very kind on many occasions. Will continue to use this store.

Been using this pharmacy for about 4 years, and as long as I’m patient, they are great. They are understaffed, but those that are there are doing the absolute best they can. Wish I could give them all little forehead kisses for braving the insanity that is a customer service facing job.

I have been a customer at CVS on Lexington for ~10 years. The service at the pharmacy started going downhill since COVID (understandably), but it just continues to get worse. The staff are not just rude and dismissive but inept. The last several times I’ve been to the pharmacy my rx are wrong (and not from the MD calling meds in incorrectly). I have no doubt staffing is an issue across all
Pharmacies but I can’t bear another visit. If the staff were a smidge more pleasant or considerate I probably would. Transferring Rx to Walgreeens or Kroger today. I’ve finally met my limit.

ZERO Stars! Horrible, horrible pharmacy service. I had an rx that I dropped off, was told it would be 20 minutes. Told tech I had to leave and either myself or my daughter would be back to pick up the Rx. When my daughter arrived to pick up she was told they didn't have the rx in stock and have provided a generic option instead. Wait for it........ my prescription was for an antibiotic I needed to start taking asap. The medicine that was dispensed is an off the shelf probiotic! When I was finally able to speak to the pharmacist (5 minutes before they closed) there was absolutely no resolution offered, no apology for the error, and absolutely no empathy shown. I would do everything I can to avoid this store.

I love this pharmacy! But.. I hate when I call and Tracy answers as she’s not helpful, she’s short, and never pleasant. This is not the first time I’ve been frustrated with my interaction with her. Otherwise, they take care of me and are very helpful and friendly. The pharmacist and the young man that work there are STELLAR.

Tracy in the pharmacy is so rude. I've only interacted with her 3 times and she was rude every single time. I wish I could just always deal with the other people at the pharmacy, the young guy is so nice, I'm so relieved when he is at the counter. I try to stick to a bit of a routine just so I don't run into Tracy but sometimes she's there and I can't avoid her.
Tina in the store is also amazing. Honestly I think if that pharmacy tech is rude the next time I have to talk to her on the phone or in person I'm going to just transfer all my prescriptions to another pharmacy. Life is too short to deal with hateful people just to get your medication.
