Needed a last-minute alignment
Normally, I do all the work on my vehicle but I need a shop to do an alignment
When I went to big old tires, they didn’t try to sell me anything. They took care of what I needed.
They aligned my car and told me to have a good day even though there was other visible things that they could’ve sold me on

First time I’ve ever went to a tire store and did not feel like I was being pressured to buy something that I did not come there for
Not only that, but when I asked to speak to the mechanic who did the work on my vehicle, he was very polite and answered all my questions

I recently purchased a new Interstate Battery for my car. Good price for a quality battery!

Terrible experience dealing with the two guys that run the desk. I guess good service is not included when they are short staffed. I'll never go back to any Big O. Discount Tire has better prices and service anyway.

Had an Awesome experience!! I made an appointment so they took my car back right away. Alonso greeted me as soon as I walked through the door. He was EXTREMELY friendly, efficient, and professional! Would undoubtedly recommend this location (in Anaheim off La Palma)!!

I purchased a aftermarket lift kit for my van and was looking for a shop to do the install. Most of the prices I was being quoted in the area were ridiculous. I got the number for Brandon at Big "O" Tires from the manufacturer of the lift. From the beginning Brandon was absolutely awesome to work with. The price he quoted me was very reasonable so much so I was able to afford the wheels and tires I wanted. When I got there the morning of our appointment he realized the job included the rear lift blocks as well. Instead of putting more money on top of the bill, he stood by his quote and did the whole job for what we agreed upon a week prior. Brandon and Big O Team your awesome!
