Brittany did an amazing job for my daughter. It was her first haircut and I couldn’t have asked for a better person to cut her hair. Brittany paid great attention to Sophia to make sure she was comfortable every second of it. My 4 year old daughter, Sophia, and I loved the way her hair came out. Sophia especially loved the ending with putting sparkles in her hair. That was the best first haircut experience my daughter could have had.

First off I set down and Maria proceeds to ask me if I am a Grandma right off the bat. I would love to be a Grandmother she day but really
Then I tell her I want my hair the same but just a very slight trim for dead ends. She was careful in the back and just trimmed.
Then the whole front of my hair she gives me a totally different cut. She cut off inches on the sides of my whole head. It looks like a bi-level or a very bad angle cut. When I saw the amount of hair she took off on the sides and front I was in shock.
I work trade shows and need a professional look. She ruined my hair and will take years to grow back and gave me a totally different cut. It's awful. I can't even put my hair in a ponytail to hide it because these chunks on the side won't stay tied back. She has no idea what she is doing. This is the worst experience of my life at a hair salon.

I may be a little older but I loved my hair and it gave me an added boost to always get compliments on it.....up until now with this bi-level or very very bad angle cut. I am livid.

So I couldn't wait to get away from her having seen what she had done to my hair and her response was " You know I don't normally let people leave without blowing their hair dry. " REALLY?
So you keep them captive after you butcher their looks?
She is awful in every way.
I hope in the future she learns about listening to the client needs and gets some much needed etiquette or language skills.

For now, it was a bad mistake setting foot in this place and hope I can save others from the same fate

Went in for a balayage and haircut and ended up with a terrible terrible experience Ella my hair dresser over processed my hair turning it pinkish red then had me go a second time to fix it, then put a way darker base than my original base color to cover her mistake from the first time, and my haircut terrible. You be the judge based on the pictures I’m posting. Not only she does terrible work she photo edits her pictures on IG the picture of my hair in her profile doesn’t look anything like this mess, and good luck contacting the owner she’s helpless

Booked an appointment and, when I got there, was told “I’m not really comfortable with short haircuts”. Would have been nice to know before I booked. Bless you have long hair, beware when booking an appointment here. Just saying.

Halie Maddox is awesome. She listens to you. Haley does her best to meet your needs. She is very friendly and always has a smile on her face. I have always walked out of the salon happy with her work.
The front desk is friendly and welcoming as well. The salon is always fresh and clean.

Love Salon O !! Kamryn B. is exceptional at hair and especially coloring hair. It's always been very stressful for me to find a good colorist due to my hair being so difficult to get the perfect blonde w/o any orange. Kamryn tackled my hair without fear, she colors is the perfect blonde and her hair cutting technique is bar-none EXCEPTIONAL as I always walk out looking FABULOUS and ready to tackle the world . . . or at least, it makes me feel that way. Thank you Kamryn for being exceptional at what you do!! I so greatly appreciate the work you do on my hair and you're so easy to talk to. Thank you!
