This place doesn't have any prices listed so you'll be quoted different prices depending on who is waiting on you. I asked about the price of a perfume and the next day a different employee quoted a 10 dollar difference. They only have the scents they are trying to push available to smell. I recommend going to another store first if you want to smell the fragrance before you purchase. Macys or Nordstrom will have all the scents they have available for purchase available to smell.

Most of their perfumes are over priced compared to the retailers and o proved it to the clerk . He was so unfriendly and said he does not make the price. How are you selling higher than the retail price , shame on them. I will never purchase from them and horrible customer service

Really happy with what I got today! I walked up just wanting to buy a fragrance I already had and turned out it wasn’t for men, it smelled really good though lol. And the salesman suggested some other ones that me, my girlfriend, and sister loved, so of course I ended up buying it along with another he suggested. Very knowledgeable and respectful, i didn’t feel pressured what’s so ever and I left with 2 fragrances that I’m very happy with. Wish I could’ve gotten that associates name, but very good service and promotions!

6/5/21...I was visiting the mall while in town & decided to stop by here. (I'd just left another store in the mall because the employee was unable to answer my questions {maybe a new hire?} & in turn she was unable to help me in getting the fragrance I was looking for.) Here, the woman was friendly & helped me find the exact perfume I was looking for. She also suggested another fragrance I absolutely love. I love a light, but long lasting fragrance. I have sensitivity to really strong fragrances & the second one she recommended is oil based, so I don't expect any issues. I'm happy with the products, promotion & service I received. (When I got home, I looked up the average cost of both perfumes. Like I thought, I got an amazing deal. Thank you!)

I thought this place would be a good place to get good quality scents but boy was I wrong. firstly upon showing up they try to force their own scents on you, for example the jet black cologne. secondly they don't even have any opened bottles of the scents you wish to try out. wanted to try Obsession was told they don't have an open one, then wanted to try another designer brand and I still could not have a smell of it cause there was no open one. the only opened ones are the ones they try to force on you to buy. Thirdly they did not even have most of the designer brands available. (Fourthly) I wasn't to please with their customer service. I know my colognes but then she thought she knew more about colognes to want to educate me.(Fifthly) they then try to tell you "ow if you buy now we would give you a $20-$30 off but when I close work in a couple of minutes that deal is off" I'm like that not how to convince me to buy cause even if you come back the next day they will still give you the same discount. don't like their aggressive nature. Well to cut it short I left and went to MACYS where you can have the designer bottles all opened for you to smell each scent and to choose. that's were I bought my colognes from.

This place will rip you off! Shame on them for scamming people!

My husband and I just purchased a bottle of ARMAF cologne and perfume this evening at the Polaris location. We are in love with the scent! The lady who sold them to us told us they were originally $80 each, but that they were on sale for $55 each. Then she told us she could work with us on making an even better deal-- and took an additional $20 off. We accepted the offer thinking that we were getting an awesome deal. When we got home, we looked the brand up online to see if we could find any good deals for future purchases and found out that this cologne/perfume can be purchased at stores like Target, Walmart, and stores online for around $20!! We got ripped off to say the least? This place is a scam! Because we opened up the plastic covering around the boxes already, we won't be able to return them for a refund. Please stay away from this place at all costs! It's a shame they do this to so many people just to make some money.

I buy all of my perfume here. I love that I can find exactly what I'm looking for in one place and way cheaper than the department store. Much bigger selection too, which is great because I'm in love with some discontinued bottles. Plus, I don't have the worries of purchasing a fake or overstocked item from the internet. All in all, it's an enjoyable experience, and I can't wait to buy more.

Unfortunately, these guys don't yet have a store in Nashville, where I live. However, my brother-in-law once got me a rare cologne from them, and since then, he's been able to find me whatever I've asked for at very reasonable prices.
One of my best experiences with this retailer happened recently, when I decided that I wanted a new cologne for myself, but one that kept some very specific qualities of the cologne I had already been using. With the help of Scentology, my brother-in-law was able to find me a new scent that I absolutely love!
Keep up the great work guys, and maybe we'll see you in Nashville sometime!
