I visited this showroom which is very near to the TTC bus stop for the first time to buy a Kurta. The showroom has a good collection of different ethnic wear for both men and women and kids. The price range is affordable and will be different based on the material. The staff is very helpful. This will be a must go place if you are looking for a ethnic wear for any occasion and events.

I bought a $124 waist coat from here. After wearing it once for only a few hours, half of the buttons fell off. I took it back to the store within the exchange time limit with receipt and tags but they refused to do anything. I asked to speak to the manager but he is "too busy".
Also, almost all of these 5 star reviews are from the employees pressuring people to post a review after a purchase, without even using the products. I will never be shopping here again.

Had an amazing experience during my visit. The sales representatives were very friendly and the Customer Service was great. I would definitely recommend for Desi clothing needs.

I really appreciate the customer service I have received so much satisfaction from this store. Ayesha was helping me throughout everything, every time I needed a different size she would gesture me towards it. Every style and design was suited towards me by my personality and liking simply because of this worker. May Allah Bless her with everything and more customers she really helped me while knowing what I wanted. I bought so many suits.

I had a disappointing experience at the J. Dot store in Mississauga. Firstly, I was shocked to find that they don't have a restroom available for customers. When I asked, one of the staff rudely told me they don’t have one. Having lived in Canada for almost two decades, I’ve never encountered a business, no matter how small, that refuses access to basic facilities like a restroom.

What was even more upsetting was the behavior of one of the employees who literally pushed my mother and then casually dismissed it by saying she didn't see her. Such unprofessionalism is unacceptable.

My experience at the Scarborough store wasn’t much better. The staff there seemed overly anxious, and one of the ladies kept talking to me while I was trying to look at dresses, making it hard to focus. It felt like she was rushing me, which was quite distracting and uncomfortable.

There are many other Pakistani stores that offer far better service than this. Overall, both experiences were disappointing, and I hope the management addresses these issues to improve their customer service.

I visited the outlet today. I must say, best customer service ever. Aman and Tamim were very helpful in checking sizes in stock. We had a great experience visiting this outlet. Only concern is that refunds are not allowed. J. Has exchange policy within 15days but no refunds.

Bought a vest for my son for $125 , all buttons fell during the wedding function , Their prices are unreasonably high and they refused to exchange or refund. Highly un recommended store don’t buy from them all Indians are working now in the store
