Been going here for years. Through sickness, my wife's pregnancy and lots of good advice. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and never mind spending a few extra moments to point something out on the over-the-counter shelf or just answer questions.

I have to get many prescription each month and Medicine Man WEST always gets my scripts done correctly and on time. (unless the insurance is causing the issue). Not only that, but their customer service at this particular store, is excellent!! I am always greeted with friendly people who seem to enjoy what they do and value their customers. Good pharmacy that makes getting my medications easy with really helpful staff, hours that work for my schedule, and an automated phone system that's easy to work. As helpful and nice as the staff are, I have anxiety so I hate talking on the phone, so being able to order a refill with their automated system is a big relief.
