Excellent service and response from these guys. My order number 318299. I ordered some shotgun shells for 20ga. (Low recoil) for my sons trap team at school. These guys had them in stock. I was unaware of they had to come from separate warehouse in GA.
A week went by so I called. They arrived at there store that day (Thur) The guy on the phone said he would say something to the shipping guy. These came in less time than said from FedEx. They were sitting on my door step Sunday evening. More than happy with the response from De Leon pharmacy and sporting Goods.

Outstanding customer service. Fantastic prices. If you need a Sporting Goods product right away, take the time to see if De Leon Pharmacy has it in stock at their store, or is it in stock at a Distributor Warehouse. If it the part is at a Distributor Warehouse, it will take additional time to be shipped. I wish I could understand the positive reviews for this place. Placed order on April 1. Sent three emails over the next two weeks asking for status.

Not one response. No tracking number was sent. These people just steal your money and don’t send the product that you order.

Do not order from them.

Bought a black powder gun from here. Great prices ! The only caveat I must emphasize is that you can expect it to take up to two weeks to deliver. They do advertise that it can take up to ten business days to ship. The price is worth the wait !!!!

Great customer service, great prices, and great response times. Had a few questions prior to ordering and was answered via email within an hour each time.
Ordered 2 Pew Pew’s shipped to NY along with a handful of accessories. Accessories were shipped to the house, and everything shipped quickly with tracking information and without any issues. Received everything 8-10 days after placing the order.
Took a chance ordering from this company over others based off the many positive reviews and I’m happy I did, so I wanted to leave this positive review in case anyone else needs the reassurance!

Not sure about this place. I had a problem with a order on line. Called 6 times leaving multiple messages. I finally got a hold of a employee and explained my issues with their website. I asked the employee if I can place my order with him and he told me no and to go back to the website. Really? Anyway I went back to the website and had the same issue. So I left another message. Again no response. I've bought firearms from several businesses throughout the years. I have never been told to go back to the website when I'm talking with a employee who should be able to take my order over the phone. Not a very helpful or knowledgeable employee. I guess I'll stick with CDNN or some other Texas based company. I truly think there is something not right about this company. Good Luck ? In response to their rude response. I have placed many orders on line and never had this issue. It's not, again not the first time I've placed a order on line. I have triple checked the information I entered. It is 100% correct! I'm not a idiot. I guess any place selling guns and drugs at the same location might be a little? Again Good Luck ?How about triple 000 stars!
